It’s been awhile since I’ve made a cake, so it was fun to do it again.  I sure do love making kids cakes.

I loved creating this little castle for one of my favorite little girls.

This was a tough one to make.  I know what to do better the next time I make one, but I still thought it turned out pretty great.  The tops of the legos are marshmallow halves covered in fondant!

I wasn’t sure what to do exactly for this outer space themed birthday party, but I figured you can’t go wrong with a rocket ship cake!  Plus, I got a chance to work on using buttercream.

This cake is the closest I've come to a disaster.  As I was driving it to the party it kept leaning more and more to the side.  I was sure it was going to tip, but it survived!  And the birthday boy loved it, which is the most important part!
